1.3 - DO YOU WORK WITH EXTRA SIZES? Yes. We also work with sizes 3XL and 4XL for specific products. There are no extra fees for these sizes. Please contact us via email to confirm availability for your desired model.

1.4 - CAN I CUSTOMIZE? Yes! We offer FREE customization for your product with a NAME and NUMBER. You can choose your own name or a player's name at no additional cost.

1.5 - WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE FAN MODEL AND THE PLAYER MODEL?

  • FAN MODEL: Fabric with fewer details, standard fit, sewn/embroidered shield and supplier symbols.

  • PLAYER/AUTHENTIC: More fitted (athletic fit), flexible, high sweat absorption, and heat-applied/rubberized symbols for better performance.

1.6 - DO YOU OFFER ANY PROMOTIONS? Yes! We have an active "Buy 2, Get 1 For free" promotion. Just add 3 products to your cart, and our system will automatically deduct the price of one full product. We also offer completely free shipping on these orders.

2.1 - IS IT SAFE TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE? Yes. Our website uses an SSL Security Certificate to protect your information. Your transactions are handled securely through the Shopify payment platform.

2.3 - DO I NEED TO CONTACT YOU BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE? No. Footballclasse is designed for an independent shopping experience. Simply add your items to the cart and checkout.

3 - TRACKING

3.1 - DO YOU USE TRACKING CODES? Yes. Every order includes a tracking code so you can monitor your purchase closely.

3.2 - WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE? The code is sent by the Footballclasse team within 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS after payment confirmation. We will send the code and updates to your provided contact information (Email/WhatsApp).

4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PACKAGE? Preparation and shipping take 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Along with your tracking code, we will send a photo of your product in its packaging as proof of dispatch.

4.2 - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier strikes.
