These Terms govern access to and use of the Remade FC website and services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Sale.

1. Store Operator

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the site only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, misuse customer information, impersonate another person, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other applicable rights.

4. Products and Content

We try to present product details, measurements, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, production batches, and photographic lighting may cause minor differences. Product information may be corrected or updated when errors are discovered.

Products described as remake, reinterpretation, or independent designs are not represented as official licensed merchandise unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise. Remade FC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, vehicle manufacturer, artist, entertainment franchise, sponsor, or other rights holder unless explicitly disclosed.

5. Orders, Prices, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms shown during checkout form part of the order. We may reject or cancel an order for fraud risk, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver, and will refund amounts collected for a cancelled order.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Consumer Rights

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

The Remade FC name, website design, original text, original photography, and other store-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. No use of a third-party reference implies affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You grant Remade FC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

9. Third-Party Services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social platforms, and delivery services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Remade FC is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site, carrier or customs delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of products. For consumers, these Terms do not affect statutory rights or remedies.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain security, or address a breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or operational reasons. Changes apply from the date posted and do not retroactively alter confirmed orders unless required by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence. Customers should contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns amicably. Any court proceedings will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law.
