Refund policy

At Remade FC, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns under clear conditions to ensure fairness and product integrity while providing a smooth experience for you.

1. Do You Accept Returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in perfect, unused condition.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags and protective elements must be attached.
  • A valid order number must be provided.

Used, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned — no exceptions.

3. Return Costs

We are proud to offer free returns for all our customers.

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Size issue or change of mind: We also cover the return shipping for eligible items and will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Return Window

Customers must request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may be refused.

5. Return Address

All authorized returns must be sent to our fulfillment facility. Do not send returns without prior approval — unauthorized parcels will not be processed.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@remadefc.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is defective/damaged)

You will receive full return instructions and your free prepaid shipping label.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the item and the packaging. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Personalized additions specifically requested before purchase.

9. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved at our facility:

  • A confirmation email is sent.
  • The refund is processed within 7 business days.
  • Your bank may take up to 5 additional days to update your balance.
  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a size or model:

  • Return your original item for a refund using our free return process.
  • Place a new order for the correct item. This ensures faster processing and secures the stock of the new item.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the production and fulfillment process may have started, and cancellation becomes impossible. If the order has already shipped, our standard 14-day free return policy applies.

12. International Returns

International customers can also return items for free within the 14-day window. Please note:

  • While the return shipping is covered by us, any original import duties and taxes paid to your local customs office are non-refundable.
  • Please label the parcel as "Return – No Commercial Value" to avoid unnecessary customs delays.
