1. Order Processing

Every order at Remade FC is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please allow a brief processing time before your order is dispatched.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (for order verification, quality check, and packaging).
  • Shipping Time: Calculated from the moment the parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

At 11Remake, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Standard Shipping (10–12 days): FREE on all orders worldwide.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on local carrier delays, customs processing in your country, or high-volume peak seasons.

3. Shipping Destinations

We are thrilled to offer Worldwide Shipping. No matter where you are located, we will deliver your 11Remake order directly to you.

4. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • International Delivery: Once your parcel reaches your destination country, it is handed over to your national postal service or a trusted local courier for final delivery (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Australia Post, etc.).
  • Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive an automated email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

5. Handling & Order Cut-Off

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are entered into the processing queue the same day.
  • Operating Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

6. Taxes & Customs Duties

  • International Shipments: While our shipping is completely free, international orders may occasionally be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Remade FC has no control over these local customs charges.

7. Order Issues, Damages & Returns

  • Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and email us at support@remadefc.com. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Returns: We offer free returns within 14 days after you receive your product. Please contact our support team to initiate a hassle-free return.
