To place an order with Remade FC, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.
- Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
- Use a valid payment method belonging to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
3. Product Information & Availability
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products. Please note:
- Product Variations: Slight variations in finish or detailing may occur compared to the photos.
- Colors: Colors may vary slightly depending on your lighting and screen settings.
- Availability: If an item becomes unavailable after purchase (due to stock shortage), we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
- All prices are displayed in your local currency when available.
- Taxes & Duties: Depending on your location, prices may include applicable local taxes. For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

5. Orders & Payments
When you place an order:

- Once your item is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure gateways provided at checkout. All payments are SSL-encrypted, and we do not store your full payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We proudly ship worldwide.
- Production & Handling Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Standard Delivery: Free Worldwide Shipping.
- Delivery Times: Generally 10–12 days globally.
- Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local postal delays, or peak seasons. 11Remake is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the parcel has left our fulfillment center.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@remadefc.com. Provide photos of the packaging and the product. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
- Lost packages: If tracking stops moving for 10 days, we will contact the carrier to investigate. Once confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend or refund your order.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection at our facility.
- Exceptions: Personalized or custom-requested products are final sale and cannot be returned.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the fulfillment process may have started, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, you must follow the standard 14-day free return procedure.
10. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders: Customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. 11Remake is not responsible for package refusals due to unpaid duties.

- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, transportation interruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.
